Color
Factories produce product according to the RAL color card or samples provided and the production of different colors will result in different prices. You can refer to the website: www.ralcolorchart.com
Width
Customized range from 600mm to1250mm. The regular width is 914mm (3 feet), 1000mm, 1219mm (4 feet), 1250mm.
Raw material
Galvanized or galvalume steel is used as the basic steel sheet for color steel. It can be chosen in ordinary grade, structural grade, or deep-drawing grade.
Thickness
Thickness ranges from 0.12 mm to 1.6mm. The thinner the steel sheet, the more expensive, because the thinner coil takes more time and reqires more paint per ton.
Zn or Al-Zn coated
The coating thickness ranges from Zn40g-Zn100g or AZ20g-AZ80g. Zn40g and AZ20g can meet general usage requirements, but for better corrosion resistance, Zn80g or AZ50g are recommended.
Paint
Usually two layers of paint on the front side, ranging from 5+10um to 5+20um, and 5-7um on the back side. The paint can be chosen as either PE or PVDF.
